Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how your subscription works and how you can change or cancel it.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery on a recurring 30-day cycle until you cancel. The price, frequency, and billing cycle are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm.

Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription

You're in full control at any time. We do not change or cancel subscriptions on a customer's behalf — instead, we provide an always-available account portal where you can skip, pause, delay, change, or cancel your subscription in just a few easy steps. The link is included in every order confirmation and upcoming-order reminder email.

To make sure a change applies before your next delivery, please manage your subscription before your renewal date. Once an order has been processed for fulfilment, that delivery and charge stand — though you can cancel all deliveries after it at any time.

Order Changes

We do not cancel or change orders once they have been placed, as our fulfilment partner begins preparing orders shortly after purchase. Please review your selection and shipping address at checkout.

Refunds

Subscription refunds are governed by our [Refund Policy] and [150-Day Results Guarantee]. Original shipping is non-refundable.
