150-Day Results Guarantee — Terms & Conditions
We stand behind Nuvara Root Revival. If you complete the full recommended course exactly as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you may request a refund under the terms below.
Eligibility
- The guarantee applies to the full recommended course (the quantity required for a complete 150-day treatment period). Partial purchases and single-bottle orders are not eligible.
- The product must have been used consistently and as directed — applied to the scalp during the recommended window, at the recommended frequency, for the full 150 consecutive days.
Required Proof
To approve a results-based refund, we require all of the following:

Dated "before" and "after" photographs of the same area of the scalp/hairline, taken under comparable lighting and angle. The "before" photo must reasonably correspond to your treatment start date; the "after" photo must be taken at or after day 150.

Evidence of consistent use, which may include retained packaging from all units of the completed course.
- The original order number and the email address used at purchase.
Requests submitted without the required proof cannot be processed under the results guarantee.
Time Window
- The full 150-day course must be completed before a results-based refund can be requested.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of completing the 150-day course. Requests made outside this window are not eligible.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at hello@nuvarawellness.com with the subject line "150-Day Guarantee — [your order number]," and attach the required photographs and information listed above.
- We aim to review and respond to all requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Details
- Approved refunds cover the purchase price of the eligible order, less original shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household.
- We reserve the right to decline requests where use was inconsistent with directions, where proof is insufficient or appears altered, or where abuse of this policy is evident.
What This Guarantee Does Not Cover
- This is a results-satisfaction guarantee only. It does not cover issues unrelated to results (for example, shipping damage, a wrong item, or a reaction to the product), which are handled separately — please contact us directly and we'll help.
- The 150-Day Results Guarantee and our standard refund policy are distinct and cannot be combined.
Standard 30-Day Refund Policy
- Separately from this guarantee, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery for any reason, in line with our standard refund policy.
Changes to These Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
