30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We aim to review requests within 5 business days. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our fulfilment partner begins processing within hours of purchase, so by the time a request reaches us your order is already on its way. Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and contact details before completing checkout.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or something is missing, email us at hello@nuvarawellness.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order is with the courier, occasional delays (weather, customs, or local carriers) can occur. We'll always do our best to support you if they do.
